【寒冷】アフガニスタン、寒さで「子供100万人」が犠牲になる懸念…厳冬近づき支援急務

　【ニューデリー時事】アフガニスタンで、イスラム主義組織タリバンが国家運営の実権を掌握してから１５日で３カ月。混乱に伴い、国民が十分な食料や生活物資を確保できない中、氷点下の厳しい冬がアフガンに到来しつつある。世界保健機関（ＷＨＯ）は、子供１００万人が寒さのため死亡する恐れがあると警告。国連機関などは人道支援を急いでいる。
